Need a recipe for mild mango pickles and chutney?

I love Indian food, but rarely eat it anymore because some of it is much too hot for me. But once in a while I still go to the Indian food stores and buy mango chutney and pickled mangoes. I get the mild mango pickles when I can find them, because they’re not too spicy.
